Java Jam - Covers Night
March 17, 2007

We all had a great time at the opening "Java Jam" and truly kicked some ass. The show opened with "Cumbersome" which can be viewed over at Myspace. We continued to tear through track after track for about an hour and a half. Thanks to everyone that showed their support and came out kicking and screaming. We will be rocking it again in a couple weeks.

See ya then!

The HOW Place
November 26th, 2006

Playlist:

We played the “HOW Place” tonight for the first time with our permanent lineup. We had a really rough first set as two of the guys have only played with us for a couple of hours before the live show tonight.

The lineup is as follows:

John McCurdy - Guitar/Vox
Justin Bowers - Lead Guitar
Matt Hardeman - Bass
Patrick Kelley - Drums

As we are a relatively new group, we chose to not open, but not headline either. We went up mid-pack and opened with the following set list:

Cumbersome
Yellow Ledbetter
Say it ain’t so
Plush

I guess we didn’t suck it up too bad. We were quite good actually. I think that it was the best performance of any first time group I have played out with. Honestly, they were better than the groups that I toured with and played regular gigs with. Natural chemistry I guess.

We are doing covers now, with originals coming soon. I will get some material out there soon for you to check out.

Oh yeah, we were asked to come back at the end of the night and play again. On someone else’s encore. Not bad.
We played the following set list.

3AM
Interstate Lovesong

We will also be starting regular rehearsals to finish writing originals and get a Southeast tour schedule in the works. We will keep you posted and look forward to seeing you out there.
